A sad reimagining of the iconic farewell scene from Casablanca, updated for today’s world: instead of Rick’s heartfelt “Here’s looking at you, kid,” Ilsa receives a detached text message: “Here’s NOT looking at you, kid!” Both characters, absorbed in their phones, fail to connect or even look at each other.

The emotional gravity of the original scene is replaced by the isolating glow of screens, with the plane in the background now serving as a forgotten relic of the moment.
